About charges and systems
Child Please tell me about the extra bed and price.
Co-sleeping with children is possible, but extra beds are not available. The fee is 1,000 yen per person at the site.
Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Also, I'm very sorry, but the curfew will be 1 am.
Please tell me about baggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
You can leave it at the front desk during the day. Please speak to me. Please manage your valuables by yourself.

About facilities / equipment
How many parking lots are there, can I make a reservation, and can large cars be parked?
There are 15 private parking lots. The private parking lot is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we will give priority to customers who arrive first. Please drop in at the front desk when using. If the car is full, you can use the nearby parking lot, so we will inform you at the front desk. We will give you a discount ticket that can be used from 3 to 10 o'clock in the nearby parking lot (1500 cars can be parked). In addition, we may inform you about parking of large vehicles separately, so please drop in at the front desk once.
About Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and guest rooms.
Are there any entertainment or daily necessities in the area?
There are many supermarkets, convenience stores, laundry, commercial facilities and leisure facilities in the surrounding area. Please refer to the map of surrounding facilities.
Are there non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms?
Non-smoking rooms are available for all room types. Smoking room is semi-double (single) Only small twins are available.
About sightseeing in the surrounding area
Please tell me how to go to sightseeing spots such as Kenrokuen.
You can reach Kanazawa Station in about 3 minutes on foot. Buses and trains run from there to major tourist destinations (Omicho Market, Shirakawa-go, etc.). In addition, taxis are arranged at the hotel, so please let us know.
